Outlook ExpressHere is a brief but detailed guide on how to set up emails using Outlook Express. You can also find further details on this on the Microsoft Website 1. Open Outlook Express from your Start Menu.
2. From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.
3. Click the Add button, and choose Mail. (From slide out dialogue box).
4. In the Display name field, type in your name.
6. Select I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use.
9. Click the down arrow on the My incoming mail server is a drop-down list and choose POP3.
